Your pre-mixed bulk liquids or raw flavors are processed inside a certified cleanroom, eliminating contamination risk. Fully automated CaD systems and precision semi-automatic lines cover all standard formats: 10 ml TPD2-compliant bottles, 60–120 ml shortfills, and longfills. Freebase nicotine and all 5+ salt types (Benzoate, Malate, Salicylate, Tartrate, Lactate) are dosed with verified accuracy.

Regulatory survival depends on accurate labelling. We apply chemical-resistant labels with pixel-perfect alignment, verifying on every unit: CLP tactile warning triangles, mandatory ingredient lists, nicotine content declarations, and laser-etched batch-traceability codes required under TPD2.

The German market requires an official tobacco excise stamp — Steuerbanderole — on every unit. We apply it directly within the filling process using industrial-grade adhesives and optical sensor verification, at high throughput and with zero application errors. Stamps are applied to individual 10 ml bottles and outer retail boxes alike.

We take your product from a bare bottle to a shelf-ready display. This covers automated boxing, mandatory Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) insertion, shrink-wrapping into 10×10 ml catch-covers, and building pallets to your distributor's exact configuration.

Ship untaxed bulk liquids directly to our 250 m² customs bonded warehouse. Goods are stored under official customs supervision and drawn into production only when you authorise release. Excise stamps are applied at that point — not before — deferring tax liability and significantly improving your cash flow.

Yes. If you have finished liquids or flavors and your own production capacity is temporarily exhausted, we can handle the entire filling and labelling process. Every batch undergoes incoming quality analysis to ensure it meets our cleanroom standards before entering our automated lines.

We specialize in the physical application of official German tobacco tax stamps (Steuerbanderole). Our fully automated systems apply the stamps directly to the bottles or outer boxes. This service is often combined with our 250 m² customs bonded warehouse, allowing you to pay excise tax only when goods are released.

Our CaD automated lines are versatile. We support standard 10ml TPD bottles, 60ml and 120ml shortfills, and 200ml units. We also provide co-packing services, such as 10x10ml catch-covers and retail-ready display boxes, ensuring your products are fully prepared for distribution.
