Every successful product starts with an honest technical assessment. We review your target market, nicotine format requirements (freebase, benzoate, malate, salicylate, tartrate, or lactate), VG/PG ratio preferences, and regulatory framework for the intended sales territory. This analysis defines a production brief that prevents costly revisions downstream. You receive a clear written specification before any formulation work begins.

Choose from over 350 validated recipes across all major categories — fruit, menthol, tobacco, dessert, beverage, and hybrid profiles — or brief our development team on an original concept. Every recipe is formulated for a precise balance of flavour intensity, throat hit, and coil compatibility. Nicotine salt variants require adjusted acid ratios and pH targeting; freebase variants require different volatility profiles. We manage both. Samples are produced, tested, and submitted for your approval before full-batch production is authorised.

Production takes place in our 750 m² climate-controlled manufacturing warehouse in Limbach-Oberfrohna, Germany. Fully automated filling lines process freebase and all five nicotine salt types with dosing precision verified by in-line gravimetric checks. Available formats include 10 ml TPD2-compliant bottles, 50 ml and 60 ml shortfills, 100 ml and 120 ml longfills, nic-shots, and salt-shots. Monthly capacity exceeds 250,000 units. Dedicated batch records are maintained for every production run.

EU Tobacco Products Directive (TPD2) requires formal product notification in each Member State where nicotine-containing products are sold. We prepare and submit all required EU-CEG portal notifications, compile Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to CLP Regulation standards, produce CLP-compliant tactile warning triangle labels, and manage the mandatory six-month waiting period tracking. Batch-level traceability documentation is provided as standard, satisfying both national customs authorities and retail chain supplier audits across the EU.

Your brand identity is realised in production-ready artwork. Our design team creates label layouts, outer box artwork, and Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) typesetting that comply with all TPD2 and CLP visual requirements — including mandatory nicotine content declarations, health warnings at correct percentage coverage, and ingredient disclosure formatting. Final files are submitted to print in print-ready PDF/X format. If you already have brand guidelines, we adapt your assets to regulatory specifications without losing brand consistency.

For products destined for the German market, official tobacco excise stamps — Steuerbanderole — are applied directly within the production process using industrial adhesives and optical sensor verification. Finished goods can be stored in our 250 m² customs bonded warehouse, held under official customs supervision until you authorise release, which defers excise liability and improves cash flow. Final delivery is arranged by pallet or case to your warehouse, 3PL, or retail distribution centre anywhere in the EU.

10 ml Freebase Nicotine

10 ml Nicotine Salts

High-strength salt formats (10–20 mg/ml) using benzoate, malate, salicylate, tartrate, or lactate bases. Optimised for pod systems. Smoother delivery profile than equivalent freebase concentrations.

Shortfills (50–60 ml)

Nicotine-free base in 60 ml bottles filled to 50 ml, leaving headspace for a nic-shot. Popular for UK and EU markets. Allows consumer self-mixing at their preferred nicotine strength.

Longfills (100–120 ml)

High-flavour concentrate in large bottles, designed for mixing with multiple nic-shots. Lower cost per ml for the end user; higher margin opportunity for the brand. Increasingly popular in Eastern European markets.

Yes. While our library of 350+ validated recipes allows for a fast go‑to‑market timeline, we also offer full bespoke flavour development. You provide a brief or a reference sample; our team formulates the recipe, adjusts it for your chosen nicotine type (freebase or any of the five salt variants), and produces samples for your approval. Once approved, the formula is documented and ready for production.

We manage the entire notification process. Our team prepares and submits all required EU‑CEG portal notifications for each member state where you intend to sell nicotine‑containing products. We also track the mandatory six‑month waiting period and compile all documentation, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and batch‑level traceability records, so you have a complete compliance package for retailers and customs authorities.
